IHEEM Northern Ireland commissioned us to produce a suite of films for their annual conference and exhibition in Belfast, creating content that would both enhance the live event and support future promotion.
Our brief included producing films for use during the conference itself, alongside a dynamic highlights film that captured the energy, expertise and value of the event. As the leading professional body for healthcare estates and facilities management across the UK, IHEEM wanted to showcase the importance of its work and the strength of its Northern Ireland community. Throughout the event, we interviewed exhibitors, keynote speakers, members and delegates, capturing authentic perspectives on the knowledge sharing, networking and innovation that define the conference. Combined with cinematic coverage of the exhibition, presentations and delegate interactions, the film tells the story of an event that brings together some of the most influential voices in healthcare engineering and estates management. The finished highlights film has become a valuable promotional asset, allowing IHEEM to market future conferences, engage prospective members and demonstrate the impact of its work across Northern Ireland. It is now used across social media, websites and event marketing, helping to build awareness of both the conference and the organisation's wider mission.
