Bangor Marine is one of our long standing clients, and we regularly produce content documenting the transformation of Bangor's historic waterfront. For this film, we were commissioned to capture the visit of two internationally recognised urban regeneration experts from the United States, Bill de Blasio, former Mayor of New York City, and Ariel Palitz, former New York City's Senior
Executive Director of the Office of Nightlife. During their visit to Northern Ireland, they toured the Bangor Waterfront regeneration project to see first hand how the development is helping to reshape the town for future generations.
Rather than simply documenting the visit, we focused on the conversations and insights that made it significant. Filming as the delegation toured the site, met with local representatives and discussed the project's vision, we created a story that highlighted the wider importance of investing in vibrant, people centred public spaces. Their international perspective added credibility and demonstrated how Bangor's regeneration reflects best practice seen in successful waterfront developments around the world.
The film combines cinematic drone footage, smooth gimbal movement and carefully crafted visuals with interviews featuring Bill de Blasio, Ariel Palitz and the Mayor of Ards and North Down. Alongside authentic moments as the visitors toured the site and met with the project team, the film captures the optimism and ambition surrounding Bangor's waterfront regeneration. The result is a natural, engaging piece that balances expert insight with the energy of a landmark development.
